About Toastique Wayzata
Toastique Wayzata, MN – Fresh Toasts, Smoothies, Bowls & Juice Bar
Toastique opened in downtown Wayzata in November 2024. We're at 320 Engel Street in the Promenade, same building as Hotel Landing. The menu's gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, and coffee. We make things to order, so everything's fresh.
Need something fast on your way to work? We can do that. Want to sit down for brunch on Saturday? That works too. The food we make is from scratch with fresh ingredients. Nothing overly complicated.
The Lake Minnetonka shoreline is close enough that you can walk there with your coffee if the weather's nice. And most of our regulars live in the area, though we get a fair number of people who work nearby and visitors spending the weekend in Wayzata.
Health Food Restaurant & Açaí Shop
The açaí bowls and smoothie bowls here are popular for a reason. They've got fresh fruits, granola, nut butters, and other toppings that actually taste good and don't leave you hungry an hour later. We make each bowl when you order it, so you're getting something that's actually fresh, not sitting around.
Breakfast, Brunch & Toast Restaurant
Start your morning with gourmet toast combinations that go way beyond butter and jam. We're talking avocado smash with everything seasoning, almond butter with banana and honey, smoked salmon with herbed cream cheese. You get the idea. Pair it with one of our smoothies or a perfectly pulled espresso, and you've got a breakfast that actually fuels your day. Great for grabbing and going or settling in with friends before you hit the shops on Lake Street.
Coffee Shop & Espresso Bar
The espresso bar gets a lot of use. We make lattes, cold brews, cappuccinos, and regular drip coffee. People come in before their morning run along Panoway to grab something caffeinated. Others meet up here and sit for a while to catch up. But you can just get coffee if that's all you want. Or pair it with a toast or smoothie bowl if you're actually hungry. It's up to you.
Juice Shop & Lunch Restaurant
We make cold-pressed juices fresh here. No concentrates or additives, just actual fruit and vegetables. People come in for lunch to build a bowl, grab a green juice, or get one of the smoothies. It fills you up without making you crash an hour later. A lot of our lunch customers work in the area. Some are taking a break from walking around the Historic Wayzata Depot.
Catering
We handle catering for events around Wayzata. Gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices. People order for business meetings and brunch events mostly. We also do private parties and office gatherings near the Promenade.
Place your order at least 48 hours before your event so we have enough time to prep.
