Timeline & Training (At a Glance)
We work to get you open quickly and confidently:
- Ramp-Up Time: Typically 10–14 months from agreement to opening
- Fast Buildouts: Corporate locations completed in as little as 90 days

Your Training Journey
We break our training into three phases to make the process simple, structured, and effective:
1. Pre-Opening Preparation
- Site selection and lease negotiation support
- Café design and build-out guidance for efficiency and guest appeal
- Pre-opening marketing plan to start building buzz
2. In-Person Training
- 18 hours of classroom instruction covering business operations, hiring, and brand culture
- 174 hours of onsite training at our flagship café in Washington, D.C., mastering menu prep, guest service, and operational flow
3. Launch Support
- On-site support during opening week to ensure smooth operations
- Grand opening marketing materials and community outreach strategies
