About Toastique Vienna

Toastique Vienna, VA – Health Food Restaurant, Cafe and Coffee Shop

You'll find us on Dominion Road NE, a block off Church Street. The W&OD Trail passes right by here, so we see a lot of cyclists locking up outside after a ride past the red caboose and old train depot. Vienna Town Green is close, and the Freeman Store & Museum anchors the corner where the trail crosses Church Street. We make gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juice, and espresso using responsibly sourced ingredients.

Vienna does its own thing. Church Street has the independent shops and local cafes. Maple Avenue is where the traffic and bigger stores are. Jammin' Java books live music pretty much every night. Caffe Amouri roasts beans nearby. The farmers market runs seasonally, Viva Vienna takes over Memorial Day weekend. Metro access is at Vienna/Fairfax-GMU on the Orange Line, roughly two miles out, though honestly most of our customers are already downtown or coming off the trail.

Fresh Juice and Acai Bowls on Dominion Road

Our juices come in glass bottles, pressed fresh each morning. Radiance delivers citrus brightness, Cure leans into greens, and Defender brings that carrot-turmeric kick. Wellness shots like Immunity and Booster are perfect for market mornings or before a yoga class.

The smoothie bowls keep people coming back. The Acai Bowl arrives topped with blueberries and sliced banana, while the PB+B is layered with peanut butter and granola crunch. Saturday mornings get busy with W&OD cyclists stopping in before or after to fuel their weekend mornings.

A Cafe Where Toast Is the Main Course

Toast is an afterthought at most cafes. Bread, butter, done. We took a different approach. Ours arrive on wooden boards, built like actual composed dishes.

Avocado Smash with watermelon radish and microgreens piled high. PB Crunch features banana, strawberries, and blueberries arranged thoughtfully. Smoked Salmon comes with cucumber and fresh lemon. Tomato Burrata for richness, Spicy Crab when you want some kick. Made fresh each time. Most people take a photo before picking up their fork

Coffee Shop and Espresso Bar in Downtown Vienna

We pull a full espresso menu with cortados, lattes, flat whites, americanos, and cappuccinos. Cold brew flows from the nitro tap, and oat, almond, and coconut milk are always ready.

The coffee tastes the same each visit, which matters when this becomes part of your routine. What matters is consistency. Same taste Tuesday as Saturday, whether you're grabbing one before the trail or after wandering Church Street shops. Some people camp out with a book. Others are in and out. Room for both.

Breakfast That Fits the Vienna Morning

Mornings here have their own rhythm. Early riders on the W&OD getting miles in before work. Families headed to Meadowlark Botanical Gardens for the morning. Parents doing the school drop-off thing. Breakfast handles all of it.

Avocado Smash or Burrata toast when you need more. Green Machine smoothie paired with a cortado if you're short on time. Patio seating when the weather's nice, or grab it to go.

Brunch Available Every Day

Healthy brunch in Vienna runs every day, not just weekends. Whether you come in on a Thursday or Saturday, our the full menu is waiting: Acai Bowl with fruit layered on top, PB Crunch toast, and the 3 Cheese Italian if savory hits the spot.

There are no reservations and no waiting around. Order at the counter, find a seat when one opens, and bring friends from out of town or come solo with a book.

Lunch Between the Trail and Town

Lunch in Vienna usually means you're mid-errand or mid-ride. Maybe you did a few miles on the W&OD and need to refuel. Maybe you're between shops on Maple Avenue.

Toasts work for that pace. Smoked Salmon Toast with an Orange Crush smoothie. Acai Bowl when fruit sounds right. Grab-and-go stuff stocked if you're really moving. Office people from nearby, trail users, shoppers between stores. Quick stop, solid food, back at it.
