About Toastique Sarasota
Toastique Sarasota – Health Food Restaurant, Cafe and Coffee Shop
We're on South Lemon Avenue in downtown Sarasota, right in the heart of the Main Street district. Gourmet toasts, acai bowls, fresh juice, and espresso, all made with responsibly sourced ingredients. The Saturday farmers market sets up a block away. Five Points Park is just north. The Gulf beaches are a short drive across the Ringling Bridge to Lido Key.
Downtown Sarasota has its own rhythm. Boca and Hyde Park steakhouse are neighbors on Lemon. The galleries and boutiques line Palm Avenue and Main Street. Orangetheory is on Main, and there are yoga studios scattered through the Rosemary District. Bayfront Park offers morning views of Sarasota Bay. We see everyone from tourists exploring the arts scene to locals grabbing coffee before the market opens.
Cold-Pressed Juice and Acai Bowls on Lemon Avenue
Our juices come in glass bottles, pressed fresh each morning. Recharge delivers citrus brightness, Detoxify leans into greens, and Radiance brings that carrot-ginger kick. Wellness shots like Immunity and Booster are perfect for market mornings or before a yoga class.
The smoothie bowls keep people coming back. The Acai Bowl arrives topped with blueberries and sliced banana, while the PB+B is layered with peanut butter and granola crunch. Try the Matcha Bowl when earthy appeals, or Black Mystique for something unexpected. Saturday mornings get busy with farmers market visitors stopping in before or after, and the colors photograph well.
A Cafe Built Around Gourmet Toast
Toast is an afterthought at most cafes. Bread, butter, done. We took a different approach. Ours arrive on wooden boards, built like actual composed dishes.
Avocado Smash with watermelon radish and microgreens piled high. PB Crunch features banana, strawberries, and blueberries arranged thoughtfully. Smoked Salmon comes with cucumber and fresh lemon. Tomato Burrata for richness, Spicy Crab when you want some kick. Made fresh each time. Most people take a photo before picking up their fork.
Your Downtown Coffee Shop and Espresso Bar
We pull a full espresso menu with cortados, lattes, flat whites, americanos, and cappuccinos. Cold brew flows from the nitro tap, and collagen lattes come in a few different flavors. Oat, almond, and coconut milk are always ready.
The coffee tastes the same each visit, which matters when this becomes part of your routine. You might stop in before the galleries open on Palm Avenue or grab one between shops on Main Street. Some people stay and work on laptops while others are out the door with their cup. Either approach fits here.
Breakfast on Florida's Gulf Coast
Sarasota mornings move at different speeds. Early beachgoers head to Siesta Key, downtown workers walk in from the Rosemary District, and tourists take their time before the Ringling Museum opens. Breakfast here handles all of it.
The Matcha Bowl or Cocolada Bowl works when something light sounds right, while the Avocado Smash or Tomato Burrata toast offers more. A Green Machine smoothie with a cortado works well when time is short, and you can sit inside or grab a table by the sidewalk and watch Lemon Avenue wake up.
Brunch Served Daily in Downtown Sarasota
Brunch runs every day, not just weekends. Come in on a Thursday after browsing the bookshops on Main and the full menu is waiting: Acai Bowl in bright pink with fruit layered on top, PB Crunch toast, and the 3 Cheese Italian if savory hits the spot.
There are no reservations and no waiting around. Order at the counter, find a seat when one opens, and bring friends from out of town or come solo with a book.
Lunch Between the Bay and Main Street
Lunch downtown typically means fitting something in between gallery visits, meetings, or errands, and we get that pace.
Toasts fill you up without the afternoon slump. A Smoked Salmon toast goes nicely with an Orange Crush, and the Mango Tango Bowl hits the spot when tropical sounds right. We also have grab-and-go options if you're really moving. Downtown workers, St. Armands visitors extending their trip, and beachgoers on the way back from Lido all find their way here. Quick food that feels good, then back to your afternoon.
