About Toastique Ladera Ranch
Toastique Ladera Ranch – Health Food Restaurant, Cafe and Coffee Shop
We're on Antonio Parkway in the Mercantile East shopping center, the same stretch where you'll find Trader Joe's and EOS Fitness. Ladera Ranch is a community that actually uses its trails and parks, so we built a menu around that. Gourmet toasts like the Avocado Smash and Tomato Burrata, smoothie bowls in bright colors with names like Mango Tango and Black Mystique, cold-pressed juice in glass bottles, and a full espresso bar. Everything's made with responsibly sourced ingredients. You can taste the difference, and that matters here.
Our Juice Bar and Acai Bowl Shop
All our juices come in glass bottles and they're cold-pressed fresh each day. Grab the Recharge for something citrus-forward, the Detoxify if you're in a greens mood, or the Radiance when you want that carrot-ginger combination. We carry wellness shots too, like the Immunity and the Booster, for when you just need something quick before heading to the Sports Center or out on the trails. Smoothie bowls are what people photograph. Picture the Acai Smoothie Bowl with blueberries and banana arranged on top. Or the PB+B with peanut butter drizzle and granola. Matcha Bowl works if you want something earthy. People grab these after morning workouts or on their way to the pool.
A Cafe That Takes Toast Seriously
Toast at most places is bread with butter. That's not what this is. Our toasts come out on wooden boards and they're built like actual dishes. Try the Avocado Smash with watermelon radish and microgreens. Or the PB Crunch with banana slices, strawberries, and blueberries arranged just so. Smoked Salmon comes with cucumber and lemon. Tomato Burrata when you want something richer, Spicy Crab if you're after some kick. Each one gets assembled fresh when you order. People tend to pause before eating, which we take as a compliment.
A Coffee Shop Built Around Your Order
Full espresso bar. Americano, latte, cappuccino, cortado, flat white, cafe au lait. Nitro cold brew on tap. Collagen lattes in a few different flavors if you want something a little different. Oat milk, almond, coconut, all available. Coffee comes out smooth and consistent, which matters when you're stopping in on your way to the office parks off Crown Valley or before school drop-off. Some people sit for a few minutes, others grab and go. We see both.
Start Your Morning With Breakfast That Fuels
Mornings in Ladera Ranch move quickly. Kids heading to Chaparral or Oso Grande, parents heading to work, people squeezing in a run on the trails before the day starts. Our breakfast fits all of that. A Matcha Bowl or Cocolada Bowl if you want something light. Avocado Smash or Tomato Burrata toast when you need more substance. Green Machine smoothie if you're really rushing. Pair it with a cortado or cold brew and you're set. Eat here or take it with you.
Brunch That Happens Every Day
Brunch runs every day here, not just weekends. Walk in on a Thursday after a yoga class at Melt or a session at EOS and you'll find the full menu. PB Crunch toast with its strawberry and banana arrangement. An Acai Smoothie Bowl in that bright pink with fresh fruit layered on top. 3 Cheese Italian if you want savory. Nobody takes your name and nobody makes you wait outside. Order at the counter, find a spot, eat something good. Bring a friend or come alone.
Lunch That's Quick But Actually Good
Lunch around here means fitting something in between everything else. We get it. Toasts fill you up without weighing you down. A Smoked Salmon toast and an Orange Crush smoothie. Mango Tango Bowl when you want something fresh. Grab-and-go options if you really can't sit. People come over from the Corporate Terrace offices, stop in between errands at HomeGoods and Trader Joe's, swing by after appointments. You eat, feel good, keep moving.
Find Us On Antonio Parkway
We're at 27642 Antonio Parkway, Suite H3, in the Mercantile East shopping center. Trader Joe's is nearby, EOS Fitness is in the same center, and there's plenty of parking. If you're coming from the trails or the Sports Center, we're a short walk. Crown Valley Parkway and the I-5 are both close if you're driving in from Mission Viejo or San Juan Capistrano.
Stop by whenever. Before a hike, after the gym, on your lunch break. We'll have something fresh ready.
