About Toastique LA - Sunset
Toastique LA Sunset – Health Food Restaurant, Cafe and Coffee Shop
We opened up inside the Sunset Media Center, right at the corner of Sunset and Vine. The Palladium is next door, there's a Metro stop two blocks out, and people wander in from the offices upstairs all day long. This part of Hollywood moves fast and we built the menu around that. Gourmet toasts like the Avocado Smash and Tomato Burrata, smoothie bowls with names like Mango Tango and Black Mystique, cold-pressed juice in glass bottles, espresso drinks done right. Everything's made with responsibly sourced ingredients and you can taste the difference.

The juices come in glass bottles and they're cold-pressed fresh. The Recharge if you want something bright, the Detoxify if you're feeling greens, the Radiance for that carrot-orange situation. We also carry wellness shots like the Immunity and Booster for when you just need a quick hit. The smoothie bowls are probably what we're known for though. The Acai Smoothie Bowl with blueberries and banana, the PB+B with peanut butter drizzle and granola, the Matcha Bowl if you want something earthy. People grab these after the gym or first thing before work.
A Cafe That Takes Toast Seriously
Toast at most cafes is bread with butter. That's not what this is. Our toasts come out on wooden boards and they're built like actual dishes. The Avocado Smash with watermelon radish and microgreens. The PB Crunch with banana slices, berries, and a flower of strawberries arranged on top. The Smoked Salmon with cucumber and lemon. Tomato Burrata if you're feeling something richer, Spicy Crab if you want some kick. Each one gets assembled when you order and yeah, they look good enough that people photograph them before eating.
A Coffee Shop Built Around Your Order
Full espresso bar. Americano, latte, cappuccino, cortado, flat white, cafe au lait. Nitro cold brew on tap. We also have collagen lattes in a few flavors if you want something a little different. Oat milk, almond, coconut, all available. The coffee comes out smooth and it's the same every time, which honestly matters if you're stopping in daily. Some people grab theirs and head straight upstairs to the offices. Others sit for a few minutes. Either way works.
Start Your Morning With Breakfast That Fuels
Mornings in LA are strange. Someone who woke up at 5am for a call standing in line behind someone just getting off a night shoot. Our breakfast covers both ends. A Matcha Bowl or Cocolada Bowl if you want light and fresh. The Avocado Smash or Tomato Burrata toast if you need something more substantial. A Green Machine smoothie if you're rushing out. Pair any of it with a cortado or cold brew and you're set. Sit down or take it with you.
Brunch That Happens Every Day
Brunch runs every day here, not just weekends. Walk in on a Tuesday and you'll find the same menu. The PB Crunch toast with its strawberry and banana arrangement. An Acai Smoothie Bowl in that bright pink with fresh fruit on top. The 3 Cheese Italian if you're feeling savory. Nobody takes your name and nobody makes you wait outside. Order at the counter, find a seat, eat something good. Bring people or come alone.
Lunch That's Quick But Actually Good
Lunch around here means you have maybe thirty minutes. We get it. The toasts fill you up without weighing you down. A Smoked Salmon toast and an Orange Crush smoothie. A Mango Tango Bowl when you want something fresh. Grab-and-go options if you really can't sit. People come down from the offices, pop in between castings, swing by after meetings run long. You eat, feel good, and you keep moving. That's the whole point.

We're at 6255 West Sunset Boulevard, Suite 170. Inside the Sunset Media Center, basically right at Sunset and Vine. Hollywood Palladium is next door if you need a landmark. If you're taking the Metro, Hollywood/Vine station is close. If you're driving, the building has a garage with hourly parking and EV chargers.
