About Toastique Greenwood Village

Toastique Greenwood Village – Health Food Restaurant, Cafe and Coffee Shop

You'll find us at Arapahoe Marketplace, next to Sprouts on East Arapahoe Road. Fiddler's Green is maybe a mile north. DTC office towers line the horizon in every direction. It's a busy corridor, and honestly, that's why we picked it. Gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, good espresso. Real food, responsibly sourced.

Something like 35,000 people work in the Denver Tech Center on any given day. Cherry Creek State Park sits just east of here with reservoir trails and open space. The High Line Canal cuts through Greenwood Village if you're the type who runs or bikes before breakfast. Light rail at Arapahoe at Village Center Station connects to downtown. Lot of ways to build a day around this neighborhood.

Cold-Pressed Juice and Smoothie Bowls Made Fresh

Our juices come in glass bottles and they're pressed fresh daily. Recharge delivers bright citrus notes, Detoxify brings the greens, Radiance has that warm carrot-ginger combination. Wellness shots like Immunity and Booster work well before a morning meeting or after logging miles on the High Line Canal. The smoothie bowls draw attention. Acai Smoothie Bowl arranged with blueberries and banana. PB+B featuring peanut butter drizzle and crunchy granola. Matcha Bowl for something more grounded. Black Mystique if you want something unexpected. People order these after workouts, during lunch breaks from the DTC offices, or on slower weekend mornings when there's actually time to sit.

Where Toast Becomes a Real Meal

Most cafes treat toast as an afterthought. We don't. Ours show up on wooden boards looking more like plated dishes than quick bites. Avocado Smash gets watermelon radish and microgreens. PB Crunch has banana, strawberries, blueberries piled on top. Smoked Salmon comes with cucumber and a squeeze of lemon. There's Tomato Burrata when you want richness, Spicy Crab when you want kick. Made to order, every time. People tend to photograph them first.

Espresso and Coffee for the Daily Routine

We pull a proper espresso. Lattes, Americanos, cortados, flat whites, the whole lineup. Nitro cold brew comes off the tap. Collagen lattes if that's your thing. Oat, almond, coconut milk all available. What matters is it tastes the same Tuesday as it does Friday, whether you're grabbing one before the office or winding down after a show at Fiddler's Green. Some folks linger. Others barely slow down. Works either way.

Breakfast That Powers the Morning

DTC mornings have a certain pace. Light rail arrivals, coffee runs before 8am calls, people finishing trail runs while the air is still cool. Breakfast here handles all of it. Cocolada Bowl or Matcha Bowl if lighter works better. Avocado Smash or Tomato Burrata toast when you need substance. Green Machine smoothie when the clock is tight. Throw in a cortado, grab a seat or don't.

Brunch Available Seven Days a Week

Brunch happens every day at this location, not just weekends. Come in on a Tuesday after shopping at Sprouts and the full menu is waiting. PB Crunch toast with its strawberry and banana arrangement. Acai Smoothie Bowl bright pink with fresh fruit on top. 3 Cheese Italian when savory is the move. No reservations needed, no waiting around. Just order at the counter and find a seat. Bring company or don't.

Midday Meals That Keep You Moving

Lunch breaks around here aren't long. Meetings run over, calls go late, and suddenly you've got twenty minutes. Toasts work for that. Smoked Salmon with an Orange Crush on the side. Mango Tango Bowl if you're craving fruit. We keep grab-and-go options stocked for the truly rushed. Regulars walk over from the office parks, swing through after Dave's Hot Chicken or Torchy's, pop in on the way back from Sprouts. Quick stop, good food, back at it.

Find Us At Arapahoe Marketplace

8501 East Arapahoe Road, Suite B. Arapahoe Marketplace, same center as Sprouts, Crumbl Cookies, Office Depot. Fiddler's Green is a short drive north. E and R lines stop at Arapahoe at Village Center if you're coming by rail. Cherry Creek State Park is maybe ten minutes east.
