Thank you for choosing Toastique for your catering needs. To help ensure a successful event and smooth service experience, please review the following guidelines carefully. Submission of a catering order constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these catering guidelines and policies.

Catering Order Submission

  • Catering orders should be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the event date.
  • Orders placed within 48–72 hours of the event will be accepted based on staffing, product availability, and delivery capacity.
  • Orders placed within 48 hours of the event are not guaranteed and may be declined.
  • For expedited orders, we ask that clients respond promptly to communications so we can efficiently coordinate preparation and fulfillment.

Catering Order Confirmation & Payment

  • Final payment and order confirmation must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.
  • Any order changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled event time are not guaranteed; however, our team will do everything possible to accommodate requested adjustments based on product availability, staffing, and operational capacity.
  • Pricing will vary based on Toastique location.

Delivery Policy

  • Our standard delivery fee is $45. This fee may increase based on delivery radius or for orders exceeding $3,000.
  • Delivery availability for orders placed within 48 hours of the event cannot be guaranteed.
  • In some cases, pickup may be required for last-minute order requests.
  • Any parking fees, loading dock fees, or venue access charges associated with delivery or service events are the responsibility of the client.

Payment Options

  • We accept payment via credit card, ACH, and check.
  • A 3.5% processing fee will apply to all credit card payments on orders placed directly with Toastique.
  • Clients with recurring orders may qualify for Net 30 payment terms.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event time will incur a fee equal to 25% of the order total.
  • Refunds may not be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of an event to cover food preparation and labor costs.

Dietary & Allergy Disclaimer

  • While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergen requests, Toastique cannot guarantee that menu items are completely free from cross-contact with allergens.

Service Events

  • Service events are billed at a rate of $100 per hour, per staff member.
  • A minimum of 30 minutes will be allotted for unloading and setup, as well as 30 minutes for cleanup following the event.
  • Depending on the size and staffing needs of the event, a minimum of two service attendants may be required.
  • Full payment for all service events must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
  • Staffing requirements and service duration will be determined based on guest count, event format, and operational needs.
  • Clients are responsible for any parking fees associated with service events, as Toastique vehicles may need to remain onsite for the duration of the event service.

Equipment Rentals & Deposits

  • Toastique offers select catering equipment rentals, including large wooden serving boards, glass juice dispensers, and more.
  • Rental items are available exclusively through requests made directly with Toastique and are subject to availability. Items are not available for rent on third-party ordering platforms.
  • A rental deposit is required for all equipment rentals and must be paid at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
  • All rental items must be returned within 48 hours following the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Rental deposits will be refunded following the event and deducted from the final invoice, provided all rental items are returned in acceptable condition.
  • Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment and may be charged replacement or repair fees as necessary.
