Toastique believes healthy food should be simple to understand and appreciate, easy to enjoy, and above all, accessible to everyone. We pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients and keeping all our ingredients pure without adding any preservatives or “filler” additives. With a unique menu that includes toast-focused creations, all-natural smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and smoothie bowls, Toastique is truly unlike any other health-focused restaurant.
Owners Bradley and Natalie Plotkin grew up in the Owings Mills and surrounding community and worked in numerous local restaurants as young adults where they developed a passion for food and service. Their dynamic careers evolved to leadership roles in retail and operations/finance respectively, and for the last 5 years they have owned TITLE Boxing Club in the Owings Mills Metro Centre. Now their desire to find a healthy food option for their members and community led them to fulfill their dream of opening a new concept across the street from their boxing club. Together, they brought Toastique Gourmet Toast and Juice Bar to David S. Brown’s unique downtown city living in Baltimore County’s Owings Mills Metro Centre. Baltimore County’s first Toastique location is proud to be offering fresh pressed juices, açaí bowls, gourmet toasts, espresso and more.
